1. Find and locate odalisques or women who think they might be odalisques.
2. Test their aptitude for the odalisque role. Identify women who have definite aptitude and who would find fulfillment in bring an odalisque.
3. Help such women understand more about themselves. Help them be who they are. Help them understand themselves.
4. Teach them about the institution of the odalisque and about the nobility of the odalisque among slaves.
5. Teach her about Coded’ Odalisque. Her rights. Her obligations.
6. Warn her against predators and sadists and pitfalls to which sub females are prone.
7. Nurture her. Tutor her. Instruct her. Advise her. Act as her agent and advocate. Adopt her as a client. Establish trust.
8. Help her find a suitable Master and/or Trainer. Give her guidance. Introduce her to suitable people.
9. Help her define her slavery. Help her write her Contract of Submission.
10. Grade her. Put a Slaveprice upon her.
11. Prepare her for Discalcing.
12. Guide her through the Discalcing ritual. Act as witness.
13. Help her arrange an Overmistress.
14. Advise her, look after her interests, until she is safely in the possession of a suitable Slaveowner.
