Creation is broad. There are many different ways. There are many different types of people. The essence of cruelty is to treat them all the same. Code d’ Odalisque promotes tolerance of the innate differences between human beings.

Sexuality is an important element in human realization and happiness. Sex is to be explored and enjoyed. Sexual pleasure is a comfort and blessing in life. Human beings, men and women, have a right to sexual fulfillment.

Slaves are essentially human labour. Slavekeeping societies adapt the institution of slavery to those areas and tasks of life that require human labour. The institutional provision of sexual pleasure is a worthy application of labour.

While, by technology, we are free of the economic necessity of forced chattel slavery, the mode of slavery itself - which is finally an expression of a culture of reverence - is an innate human propensity.
