A Specifically Sexual Submission

Odalisque slavery is a specifically sexual submission. This is one of the most important things to grasp about Code d’ Odalisque. It is the chief difference between Code d’ Odalisque and the more common genres of the female submissive Master/slave lifestyle. In the more common styles the female is submissive in a more general sense. Often she serves her Master in both the bed and the kitchen; she serves all his needs and in every respect. An odalisque, however, is preserved from toil. She is not a worker. She is kept for sex. She is a specialized slave. Anyone who wants to practice odalisque slavery must necessarily have a directly sexual motivation. The Slavekeeper is motivated by a desire to pursue sexual pleasure first and foremost. Unlike Keepers in the more common dominant/submissive play the Keeper under Code d’ Ode is not motivated by power. Not as the prime motivation. There is, of course, the dimension of power and so-called “power exchange” in any Master/slave game, but in odalisque slavery it is not the central focus. Rather, the male Slavekeeper is driven by his libido, by an unabashed indulgence in sexual enjoyment. He need not be a “dom” in the classical sense. He must dominate and control his slave, but domination and control are not ends in themselves – they are means to a more important objective, sexual exploration. A woman who submits to life as an odalisque must also have sex as her focus. She is specifically sexual in her submission. She is not just a generic “female sub”. Her urge to submit takes a particularly sexual form. She loves being used. She loves it when men take her and control her and use her for their sexual gratification. She loves to serve men sexually. She loves being told what to do. She loves to obey. She loves to please. She finds deep satisfaction in sexual obedience. She loves being tied up and fucked. She loves being commanded to suck a man’s cock. She loves being told to shut up, lay down and spread her legs. She is not necessarily submissive in other ways. She may not enjoy cooking and cleaning and sweeping. She may not enjoy licking her Master’s boots, but she loves licking his cock. There are many types of Dom/sub play and several distinct styles of consensual Master/slave relations. Code d’ Ode is a distinct system in itself.
