Making pornography?

Question: Can an odalisque be used for making pornography for private use?

An odalisque is not a porn star and certainly should not be used for making pornography for public consumption or sale. That would violate many articles of Code d’ Odalisque. An odalisque cannot be prostituted nor made a public spectacle. She cannot be exploited for the production of pornography.

On the other hand, like a porn star an odalisque dedicates herself to a life of sex and is involved in exploring male sexual fantasy. There are clearly points of contact between an odalisque and a porn star. Pornography is a fantasy realm. Odalisque slave play, also, is about fantasy. There is no reason why this cannot be explored in a private context.

These days, in fact, a camera is a common toy in adult sexual exploration. Average urban couples make porn videos for their private enjoyment. This is now very common. It is a fact of contemporary sexual life. There is no reason why a Master/slave couple cannot have fun with a video camera, provided it is for private use. In fact, film offers another dimension of sexual exploration and fantasy that a Slavekeeper may use his odalisque to explore. An odalisque is an object of beauty and desire to be viewed and appreciated. The camera is an extension of the eye.

But film-making (or photography) should never become the central activity of a Master/odalisque couple. It is a toy, an indulgence, a vehicle of fantasy. It is one activity among many. It can be used as a platform for creativity. But it should not become the purpose of the relationship.

And again, it must be stressed that an odalisque lives a secret life behind closed doors. Code d’ Odalisque expressly forbids the public exploitation of an odalisque. A Slavekeeper cannot distribute or sell pictures or films of his odalisque. They are for private use, private enjoyment only.
